Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order before we start printing it. Call or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the work is made to order.
Refunds
- If you cancel before printing starts, we refund the full amount you paid.
- If there is a printing or binding mistake on our side, we will reprint the affected part free of charge or refund it. Please tell us within 2 days of receiving your order, with photos if possible.
- Mistakes in the files you supplied (spelling, layout, wrong file) are not covered, but we are happy to reprint at the normal price.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method, or to your website wallet if you prefer. Bank refunds usually take 5-7 working days to reach your account after we start the refund.
