These terms apply when you place an order with TN45 Printing House on this website, on WhatsApp or at our shop.
Your files
- You are responsible for the content of the files you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to print them.
- We print your files as supplied. Please check spelling, page order, margins and images before ordering. We do not edit content unless you order a formatting / alignment service.
- We may refuse to print content that is illegal, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
Prices and page count
- Prices are shown on the website before you order and are calculated from the page count and options you choose.
- We check every file before printing. If the real page count or required settings are different from your order, we will contact you before printing. Any difference is collected or refunded.
- Colours on paper can look slightly different from colours on a screen.
Payment
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or at the shop when you collect your order, where offered. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery times
Ready dates and courier times are estimates. We will tell you if there is a delay.
